Policy for Missed Exams, Assignments, and Late Submissions
- If you miss a lab due to exceptional circumstances, the instructor will reschedule it for you. To discuss such a case, please provide proof, such as hospital, doctor, or funeral documentation.
- A missed exam or assignment will receive a score of 0 unless there is an exceptional circumstance. To discuss such a case, please provide proof, such as hospital, doctor, or funeral documentation, before the exam.
- A late submission (more than an hour) of any assignment will only be accepted in exceptional cases if proof, such as hospital, doctor, or funeral documentation, is attached to the submission.
- A late submission (less than an hour) of any assignment for non-exceptional cases will be accepted with a 10% deduction.
- You may dispute the grade of a lab report or exam within one week of receiving it.
